Property Feature Guide
Banner Homes is a premium house builder that builds homes with a property value of £1m and over. They asked us to create an iPad app, an interactive property feature guide that would detail every amazing feature of their luxurious homes.
Fully Interactive
The interactive app is installed on a wall mounted iPad in every Banner Homes development. Interactive ‘games’ allow you to level out room temperatures, switch on music and open doors to unlock important content.
Available in App Store
Whilst MyPad is installed in every Banner Homes development, it is also available in the App Store. Customers can download to their own iPad, reinforcing their connection with Banner Homes.

Design Consideration
When we were asked to create an iPad app for Banner Homes we had to consider both the beauty and functionality of our design for the iPad App Development. Working within Banner Homes brand guidelines, we did just that.
